The Davenport Education Association Dwight H. Persels Memorial Scholarship Building reps should have received an email with the guidelines and application. The DEA’s scholarship involves three (3) $700 scholarships. Recipients must be the son or daughter of a DEA member including anyone for whom the member legally provides the majority of support. All scholarships will be awarded on the basis of highest grade point average with one of the scholarships awarded to the nominee who will be majoring in Education with the intent on entering the teaching profession. Applications are due to the ISEA Quad Cities Regional office by Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
