Congratulations to this year’s Davenport Community School District retirees. The school year is almost over, and certainly, the retirees are counting down the days until they can say they are officially retired. DCSD honored the retirees last week with a dinner and special recognition for the retirees, as well as those who have served in the district for 30 or 40 years.
DEA President, Cari Johnson, spoke on behalf of the DEA thanking members for all they have done for the district. Uniserv Director, Toby Paone, and Communications and Public Relations Chair, Maggie Rietz, shook hands with all retirees and gave all DEA members a congratulatory gift.
Thank you to all retirees for your service. You have earned it!
