This weekend members were busy learning about what’s happening in the current legislative session. Several members attended the ISEA Legislative Conference in Des Moines, while others attended the Legislative Forum in Davenport, including retired members. Thanks everybody for attending the January Legislative Forum. We need to let elected officials know that the students of Davenport and the state of Iowa should never be treated as second class which is the Governors of Iowa, the House, and Senate have treated them since 2010. Thanks for fighting for our rights and cause.
